Added Value. Nothing brings in clients faster than having more perceived added value. Do not drop prices, do not drop your pants to get work; to bring in clients. That is the fastest way to go out of business as well. Bigger companies can afford to go in price wars because they have many more products to carry them. Find and give your clients incentives so that you are the first person they call.

Giving discounts will certainly cause you to drop your service and more than likely, your quality. If you give incentives, and value add always, you will be enjoying life! Your business will be successful with less stress and less headaches. Imagine what your business would look like and how it would feel if your business was successful. See yourself happy and successful in your business! You need to find ways to add value even if it is through joint ventures or collaborations with other companies. It may be gifts like gift cards, bottles of wine, restaurant vouchers etc. that give more perceived value to your client. Would it so that it is a 10% or less of the total price. Perhaps they need to buy from you several times, and each time they are getting a token and once they reach for instance 10 tokens, they get the voucher or gift basket or weekend away. People love receiving gifts. They love getting something for ‘nothing’ as it seems. It is an ethical bribe.
